In addition to the community health screening, we invite women of all ages to join us for our Women's Health Fair. The fair will feature:

Appointments for blood screenings are limited and registration is required. Call 419-660-2646 for appointments. Registration for this event ends October 23 (or when all appointments are filled).

*12-hour fasting required for Blood Analysis. You may drink water and take regular medications. You are required to provide the name of your physician when making your appointment.

Blood Analysis includes Blood Count without Differential (White Blood Cell Count, Red Blood Cell Count, Hemoglobin, Hematocrit, Platelet Count), Basic Metabolic Panel (Clucose, BUN, Creatinine, Electrolytes, Calcium), Lipid Profile (Cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL, LDL), and liver enzymes (ALT and AST)
